We
ship
same day if received
before 10am EST.
There
are times when we experience shipping delays due
to volume, we will ship ASAP with all orders. When
selecting PRIORITY shipping, keep in mind that
PRIORITY delivery differs from area to area, we
have NO control over the exact time frame to your
destination. All PRIORITY orders will be shipped
ahead of ground orders.
We
Ship to APO / FPO Military
address's, with exception to the TYPE of item
purchased. Liquid filled containers CAN NOT be
shipped to APO / FPO's.
ALL orders
are shipped by the United
States Postal Service. We use United
Parcel Service for orders that exceed 30 pounds
ONLY.
Shipping
Insurance
We offer USPS Ground or Priority,
with or with out Insurance. If you DO NOT
select Insurance when placing your order, you are not protected against theft,
if the Tracking Information shows your package was
delivered and you claim it was not, INSURANCE will
protect your purchase, otherwise you will not be
protected and the United States Postal Service
will not pay your loss.
You
will be E-Mailed a Paid Invoice when your
Order is processed, TRACKING
numbers will be emailed from
the US Postal Service. ( please be
sure to supply an accurate Email Address )

calculated in the

ONLY, we CAN NOT determine the length of
time it will take to be delivered to your
destination.

orders are shipped 5-15 Day Air Parcel or USPS International Priority but
this does NOT include any delays that may
occur when it is received by the Customs
Department in the destination country.
Do to the above mentioned detail, it is
imperative that you supply a CORRECT EMAIL
address in order for us to contact you if
the need arises.
We
only ship to countries deemed
"low risk" by our credit
card processor. We
accept Credit Cards or Money
Orders for international orders. Money
Orders MUST be International Money
Orders drawn on US funds. Customer
is responsible for any and all customs
and or duty fees due.

information via the website, we protect your
information both online and offline. When we
request sensitive information (such as credit
card, name, address, etc) on our
registration/order form, that information is
encrypted and is protected with the best

you’re on a secure page, such as our order
form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web
browsers such as Netscape Navigator and
Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as
opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just

Order Online
Browse through the store by clicking on the
title of the product or use Search to find the
item you wish to buy. Select the Shipping Method
you wish to use and proceed to “Check Out”
or “Continue Shopping” button. When checking
out enter name, address, credit card and
shipping information. Please note: Some fields
in the "Check Out" process are
required. Write down, or print out, your
confirmation number. You will receive a
confirmation of your online order via email.
How to Place an Order Online
To purchase an item online, simply click the
"Add to Cart" button to the right/center/left of the
item. When you have finished adding all items to
your order, click "View
Cart”, Make
any necessary adjustments to your order by the
"Update Quantities” button. You can now
proceed to our “Check Out” page. To ensure
prompt order processing, please fill out ALL
required information. To finalize the order,
click the “Submit Order” button. An order
confirmation will be given to you and we
recommend you print this page for your records.
Please note that your billing address MUST be
exactly the same as the billing address for your
credit card. Orders without valid address
verification may be delayed for further
verification with your credit card bank. We
reserve the right to cancel any order that does
not meet bank verification standards.

company. State law requires us to collect sales

Customers
Your order may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once a package reaches
your country. We have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what the costs may
be. Customs policies vary from country to
country; you should contact your local customs
office for further information. Generally,
packages may be delayed and held at your local
customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.
All International Orders could experience up to
a 30 day delay prior to shipping due to the
length of time necessary to authenticate the
transaction. We will NOT SHIP to a SECOND
Party address for any International Orders. (does not apply to Military APO/FPO).

Returns & Exchanges
Our
Policy
If you are unhappy with
any item you receive, you may return the item as
long as it is in its original, unopened
condition within 14 days of the delivery date
for a full refund of the purchase price. There
are no exchange or refund on any item(s) that
has been used or don't have its original
packaging.All returns that are
open are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
must include its original packaging and papers
or it won't be accepted.
For safety reasons, we
do not accept returns or exchanges on any
Energy Supplement products, so please make
your selection for these items carefully. Please
note that the shipping and handling charge is
nonrefundable unless it is our error in
shipping.
Any claims for damaged
items or discrepancies (for example: missing
items in your order) must be submitted to our
Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours
after delivery. Please notify Customer Service

nor issue a refund, if notified after (2)
business days.
How to Return Items
Contact our customer service to receive an
authorization number for the items you wish to
return. Please note that we cannot issue a
refund for items returned without an
authorization number.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund
once we have received and processed the returned
item. Please note that we can refund shipping
costs only if the return is a result of our

Back Orders & Out of Stock
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but
in the event an item you request is back ordered
or out of stock, we will send you an email or
contact you. We will inform you when we expect
to receive our restock of the item or we may
offer you the item in a different size or
package. You can decide to either have us ship
it to you, or you will have the opportunity to
change or cancel your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to order online?
All credible sources, magazines and newspapers
agree that online ordering is actually more
secure than ordering over the telephone or by
mail. We use the latest industry standards for
secure online credit card transactions. Always
make sure that you are typing your credit card
information when your browser is in “secure
mode” (information encrypted). You can see
this by the key lock (secure symbol) at the
bottom right hand corner of your browser.
Another secure mode is having an “s” appear
in the URL (i.e. https://...) instead of
https://...
You are advised to properly destroy any receipt
that has your credit card information to keep
would be thieves away. Never send your credit
card information via the email.
I just placed my order and I did not receive
an email order confirmation
When you submit an order online, you will be
given an order confirmation number and a summary
of your order. Your order has successfully been
placed and we will send you an email to confirm
the shipping of your order within 24-48 hours
during normal business days. If you do not
receive an email confirmation within this time
period, please email us with your order number
and we will promptly respond to your request.
When do you charge my credit card?
When an order is placed, we will attempt to
obtain an authorization for the order amount. An
authorization will check to see if the credit
card is valid and may reserve the funds. It is
not the same as 'charging' your card. The order
amount is reserved for up to 30 days. We utilize
Address Verification Service to verify billing
your credit card billing information. If the
bank needs more info, we will send you an email
message, or if necessary contact you by
telephone. Your card is charged when the package
is shipped.
How do I receive Coupons?
We may on occasion offer promotional coupons or
specials. Coupons are generally added when
your order is shipped attached to your packing
slip/invoice. Your User ID and Password will be
included for your access to the Coupon page.
I ordered the wrong item and I want to return
/ exchange it. What do I do?
You may return the item within 14 days after you
received the product. Contact us by email or by
telephone. Please do not open the item. It must
be in resalable condition in order to receive a
full refund less shipping. Securely repack and
ship the item back to us via UPS or USPS. Write
down your order number and tell us what if you
want to exchange the item for something else or
receive a credit. When we get your package, we
will credit your credit card for items returned.
We can not refund shipping / handling charges.
You shipped me the wrong item. What do I do?
If we made a mistake on your order, please
contact us by email or by telephone. We will pay
for your shipping cost (via UPS Ground or USPS
Postal Mail) to ship the item back to us. We
will ship the correct item to you.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do. We can ship via USPS Postal Service.
Customs duties and taxes will be collected at
the time of delivery if they apply. Additional
shipping charges will be added to your credit
card.
Do you ship to countries other than US and
Canada?
Yes, we do. We can ship to international
destinations via USPS Postal Service. This
includes APO/FPO addresses. Customs duties and
taxes will be collected at the time of delivery
