Policy
If an item
is returned to Advantage Services from UPS or USPS
due to being Damaged in transit or Advantage
Services errors in the shipping address or
incorrect Product
WAS SHIPPED, we will RE-Ship
the item(s) purchased at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE or
Credit your account the FULL
COST including Shipping & Handling Charges.
If an item
is returned to Advantage Services due to an incorrect shipping address that you supplied, we
will credit your Credit Card Account the cost of
the item(s) purchased or
re-ship your order and charge your Credit
Card all additional Shipping costs. If your
order was listed as FREE SHIPPING, you
will be responsible for the
original cost of
shipping to your location.

If an item is
returned to
Advantage Services for ANY
OTHER REASON , we
will credit your Credit Card Account the cost of
the item(s) *Purchased. If
your order was listed as FREE SHIPPING, you
will be responsible for the
original cost of shipping
to your location.

We DO NOT accept
returns for any of the
Energy Products listed on this site
for FDA safety reasons.
If an item is
returned to
Advantage Services and the
Seals or Packaging
has been opened,
NO CREDIT WILL BE
ISSUED for the product, it will
be returned to you and your Credit Card will
be charged ADDITIONAL Shipping and Handling
to your location.

If an item is
returned and you issue a disputed claim with
your Credit Card issuer, we will be forced
to add an additional $15.00 charge for the
paper flow that we need to prepare for the
correction as well as the S/H
and Restocking Fee's.
All
returned products must be in the original
packaging and UNOPENED.
Returns must be
received within
30 DAYS
after you receive the product.
RETURNED PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO A
20%
RESTOCKING FEE.
How
to Return Items
Contact our
Customer Service Department to receive an
authorization number
( RMA# ) for the items you
wish to return. Please note that we cannot
issue a refund for items returned without
an authorization number
nor will it be accepted at our receiving
department. DO NOT ship returns to us with SIGNATURE
REQUIRED, we will not sign for product
returns unless we are
informed of this via telephone before it
is shipped.

Include the packing slip and write the
authorization number with your return, and
wrap the package securely. For your
protection, we recommend that you use
IInsured US Postal when

Order Policy
If
an order is cancelled 24 hours after
being placed, a
20% restocking fee
will be applied if it has been
processed and packaged. |
